  1. Short:    MPEG Audio decoder library V2.3 (68020+)

  6. This library can decode MPEG 1,2 layers I, II & III to
  7. audio pcm samples. This package contains '020 & '040
  8. integer decoder versions and '020 & '040 floating
  9. point decoder versions (slower, but more accurate).

  13.    Fixed bug when decoding more than one stream at once.

  17.    Please, note that FPU versions are more acurrate
  18.    that integer ones, but they consume more CPU !!!
  19.    So, don't e-mail me that mpega.library is slower
  20.    than mpega before you check this !!!

  23. The PPC version needs Phase 5 ppc library

  25.                *** WARNING ***
  26.    SongPlayer V1.2 or older release don't work with
  27.    the PPC library version because of a bug into the
  28.    audio task. V1.3 of SongPlayer works.

  31. This library need at least a 68020 and OS 3.0

  33. I hope this library will encourage Amiga developers to
  34. make great programs including MPEG Audio support !
